Pricing, availability and payment methods

We list availability information for products we sell on the website, including on each product information page. We cannot be more specific about availability if not through the information given on the website. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you through email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
Prices are subject to change and Original Tuscany reserves the right to apply changes at any time at its complete discretion. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.

• Credit Card - When buying merchandise with Credit Card, transfer will occur through a safe server selected by GBRAND. Since the card details are sent to the banking institution managing the transfer through protected access, GBRAND will not be able to learn about the client's card details at no stage of the payment. None of the informations will be retained in GBRAND's computer archive, therefore GBRAND will not be held accountable of any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment. 
• Bank Transfer - in case of purchase by bank transfer, bank details will be displayed. Shipment will take place only after receipt of payment. 

Sale price adjustment policy

Original Tuscany  is happy to offer a Sale Price Adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved Sale Price Adjustments will be credited to your Original Tuscany account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months. We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

Billing

Each order will be issued with a delivery note, that can be used as a guarantee document. If specifically requested by the client during the order, it's possible to provide the invoice, which in this case will replace the normal delivery note.

Guarantee

Products offered and sold on Original Tuscany come from the best Tuscan leather bags craftspeople and are directly bought from the producers, the only ones that can guarantee high qualitative standards and authenticity.

Each item available on Original Tuscany is covered by guaranties habitually provided by the supplying brands through traditional sales channels. For further information and details we kindly ask you to refer to each product tab or send an email to our Customer Service. In any event, thee 30 days guarantee made available by Original Tuscany is applicable to each offered item on our catalogue, except for customized items.

We do not grant any warrant and are not responsible for the damage caused from products misuse, therefore do not offer any warranty on these.   

 The essential characteristics of our products are exposed on the website of Original Tuscany within each product tab. Hoever, images and colors may differ slightly from the expected, due to the difference in each monitor's color and proportion settings or internet browser. Furthermore almost all of Original Tuscany's products are handmade and in limited edition, therefore there may be a slight delay in the customization or production of your item. Most products are handmade with genuine leather and some even hand painted, therefore products may not be identical to the ones in the tab images.

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with the received product, you have 14 days to cancel the purchase. Within that date you will have to:

Original Tuscany would like to inform you that while some of the data provided by the client will be necessary for the performance of the services, the rest is optional and are useful to provide you with information regarding events, offers and discounts on products sold on the website. We will do what's possible to ensure an website's uninterrupted availability and flawless transmissions, although due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. The access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for maintenance, updates or when introducing new products or services. We will try our best to limit such inconveniences.

Customs

Original Tuscany will take responsibility for all taxes and customs duties for countries such as the USA, Canada, Japan and all the EU countries - for those destinations, no extra-fee will be charged on delivery. Contact us to check if we will pay taxes and custom duties on orders to your country. For other countries the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Original Tuscany, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Original Tuscany has made all efforts to prevent the publication on its web site of content describing or representing situations of physical or psychological violence or which, according to the sensitivity of Original Tuscany's users, might be deemed to violate civil beliefs or human rights and dignity, in all its forms and expressions.
In any event, Original Tuscany does not warrant that the contents of the web site are appropriate or lawful in other Countries outside Italy.
However, in the event that such contents are deemed to be unlawful or illegal in some of these Countries, please do not access our web site and, where you nonetheless choose to access it, we hereby inform you your use of the services provided by Original Tuscany shall be your exclusive and personal responsibility.
